How To Use

Apply 1 to 2 pumps to wet hair, lather, rinse and follow with our Thickening Conditioner to fortify. For best results, use as part of the Feel Confident® Hair System.

Saw palmetto (Serenoa serrulata) extract is harvested from the berries of a palm-like plant. Though not as effective as prescription hair loss medications (finasteride and minoxidil), research shows that saw palmetto may help slow or stop hair loss by inhibiting the effects of DHT, the hormone most associated with male-pattern baldness.

Pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo) seed oil contains phytosterols, a plant version of cholesterol that’s been associated with hair growth. It’s thought that phytosterols block enzymes and hormones in the scalp associated with hair loss (such as DHT).

Curcumin, derived from turmeric root (Curcuma Longa) extract, has been shown in preclinical trials to lower levels of DHT by blocking the action of the alpha-5 reductase enzyme. Curcumin also acts as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and may also increase blood flow to the hair follicle.

Caffeine derived from coffee has been shown to help stimulate hair growth and halt hair loss by blocking the effects of DHT in hair follicles. It’s also been associated with stimulating hair shaft elongation (resulting in longer, denser hair) and speeding up the hair growth cycle.
