Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all haircare and general merchandise products. For questions related to prescription medications, please refer to the Shipping Rx section on our website or contact customerservice@beyondmd.com

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

•  Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after fulfillment

•  Expedited Shipping: 2 business days after fulfillment

All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will automatically ship via Standard Shipping. If you prefer faster delivery, you may select Expedited Shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Changes (Shipping Address)

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@feelconfident.com. We will do our best to update your address prior to fulfillment. However, once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to make any changes. At that point, you will need to contact the carrier directly to request a delivery modification.

Processing Times, Delays & Exceptions

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, processing and delivery times may vary due to factors such as high order volume, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete address details, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to minimize delays, some factors are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your order takes longer than expected.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on order weight and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping: We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $79. These orders will ship via Standard Shipping unless Expedited Shipping is selected at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that the free shipping threshold may be adjusted or temporarily modified during promotional periods or special offers.

International Shipping, Taxes & Customs

We ship international orders using Passport, our trusted global shipping partner, which works with local carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

All international orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout to provide a seamless delivery experience and help avoid delays or unexpected fees upon delivery. Please note that duties and tax rates vary by country and product category.
