Feel Confident LLC, Feel Confident (the “Company”) and/or www.feelconfident.com and/or the Company’s website, products, services, email, social media, software and any other related digital components, values the privacy of the individual and has created this policy (“Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate its firm commitment to transparency about how the Company treats the information of its users of the Website and/or User-Generated Content. Because the Company gathers important information from our users, the Company has established this Privacy Policy as a means to communicate the Company’s information gathering and dissemination practices. Our Store (for haircare products, skincare products, and general merchandise - not including prescription medications) is hosted by Shopify. Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account or Profile created for You to access the Website. Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority. Furthermore, when Users interact with one another, especially in the context of the buyer/sellerrelationship, Users’ emails, first and last names and other information may be transferred to other affiliated third party businesses. The Company shall under no circumstances be responsible for what buyer/seller or other affiliated third party businesses do with Users’ information.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
