This policy applies to Feel Confident haircare and general merchandise products. If you have any questions regarding your prescription medication order, please contact customersupport@beyondmd.com
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any haircare or general merchandise items once they have been purchased.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Our products are classified as personal use items. To ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene for all customers, we cannot restock or resell any opened or handled products.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any haircare or merchandise products. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be refunded, including for items that have been processed or shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly:
• Replace the item, or
• Issue a refund/store credit (case-dependent)
To process your request, please provide:
• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the item and packaging
Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. We are not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
